TUYÊN BỐ SỐ 01-2007/UBNQVN
- Căn cứ vào việc chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam đang giam giữ nhà dân chủ Nguyễn Vũ Bình với điều kiện rất tồi tệ trong bốn năm qua. Và hiện nay sức khoẻ và bệnh tình của ông Nguyễn Vũ Bình hết sức trầm trọng, không được chính quyền cộng sản cho khám chữa bệnh và cho thuốc men thích hợp. Tính mạng của ông đang bị đe dọa.
- Căn cứ vào tình hình của phong trào dân chủ trong nước, sự hội nhập quốc tế của Việt Nam. Việc chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam tiếp tục giam giữ ông Nguyễn Vũ Bình là đi ngược lại truyền thống đạo lý tốt đẹp của dân tộc Việt Nam, ngược lại trào lưu dân chủ và tiến bộ xã hội.
Ủy ban Nhân quyền Việt Nam ra Tuyên bố số 01-2007/UBNQVN để:
1/ Lên án mạnh mẽ chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam đã giam giữ tù nhân chính trị là ông Nguyễn Vũ Bình trong điều kiện rất tồi tệ, không được khám chữa bệnh và cho thuốc men thích hợp.
2/ Yêu cầu chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam trả tự ngay tức khắc và không điều kiện cho ông Nguyễn Vũ Bình.
3/ Kêu gọi chính phủ các nước, các tổ chức bảo vệ nhân quyền quốc tế và nhân dân trên toàn thế giới ủng hộ bản Tuyên bố này.

STATEMENT
REGARDING JOURNALIST NGUYEN VU BINH’S
CRITICAL HEALTH CONDITION
- Whereas the Vietnamese communist government’s treatment of imprisoned democracy cyber-activist Nguyen Vu Binh in the last four years is deplorable, and Mr. Binh’s life is presently compromised due to the fact that he has been denied of prompt and proper medical care of his critical illness.
- Whereas the continued imprisonment of Mr. Binh runs counter to Vietnamese traditions of high morality, as well as the worldwide tide of democracy and social progress, given the state of the democracy movement in
We, the Committee for Human Rights in
1/ Strongly condemn the Vietnamese communist government for having imprisoned Mr. Nguyen Vu Binh in deplorable living conditions and denied him of proper medical care.
2/ Urge that the government immediately and unconditionally release Mr. Binh.
3/ Call upon international governments and human rights organizations, as well as the people all over the world to support this statement.

RESOLUTION N° 01-2007 / UBNQVN
Vu le fait que le pouvoir communiste vietnamien maintient en prison le démocrate Nguyen Vu Binh dans les pires conditions depuis quatre ans ; que sa santé est inquiétante et ses maladies devenues extrêmement graves ; que les autorités communistes lui refusent tout examen et traitement médicaux, voire le moindre médicament ; qu’ainsi sa vie même est-elle en danger ,
Vu le niveau de développement du mouvement démocratique dans le pays, ainsi que l’intégration indispensable du Vietnam à la vie internationale, la détention de M. Nguyen Vu Binh va là l’encontre de la belle tradition morale du peuple vietnamien et du mouvement démocratique et progressiste de la société humaine,
Le COMITE POUR LES DROITS DE L'HOMME AU VIETNAM publie la présente
RESOLUTION N° 01-2007 / UBNQVN, visant à :
1/ Condamner fermement le pouvoir communiste vietnamien de détenir un prisonnier politique gravement malade, M. Nguyen Vu Binh, dans les pires conditions, sans examen ni traitement médicaux appropriés.
2/ Exiger du pouvoir communiste vietnamien la libération immédiate et inconditionnelle de M. Nguyen Vu Binh.
3/ Appelle les gouvernements, les organisations de protection des droits de l’homme et les peuples du monde entier à soutenir la présente Résolution.
